Oh well.... oh well...(C's had been saying "Oh Well" for the passed months!) while our daddy was busy driving, wat are the 2 ladies doing behide? Sleeping...day dreaming...na...both of us were busy taking silly pictures for ourselves!!! Some photos to share

< Cup Cake >
Finally bake cupcake with C which i promised her months ago ;) Love this choc cupcake receipe which given by my SIL. C's having fun piping the cream but we find that the cream is way toooo sweet!
Chocolate Cupcakes
1½ cups all purpose flour
¾ cup cocoa powder
¼ tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup butter, very soft
1 cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 eggs, room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup milk, warm
Preheat oven to 350F. Line 24 muffin cups with paper liners.In a medium bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt.In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla.Add flour and milk, alternating in 3 additions, ending with flour.Evenly distribute into prepared muffin tins.Bake at 350F for 15-17 minutes, until a tester comes out clean and the cake springs back when lightly pressed.Cool completely on a wire rack.
Butter cream icing
½ cup shortening
½ cup butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 cups sifted icing (I only used 3 cups and is toooo sweet for us)

Method:
1. Cream butter and shortening together till creamy.
2. Add vanilla extract.
3. Add icing sugar a little at a time. Continue creaming.
4. Add milk last and continue creaming till fluffy.
