Today C got more new pets. We went all the way to OhFarms to get this. Anyone wanna guess what's inside the containers?

...Yes is Caterpillars! Thanks Marie from M4M introduced this creepy crawlies to us. Althou abit yucky (it did made my hairs stand) but i thk this is a very educational way to let the kiddos witness the transforming process of a crawling caterpillar to a fluttering butterfly.

Cerilynn was sooo fascinated with the caterpillars and she even named the caterpillars.

Hairy & Henlery (cos very hairy) / Munchy & Munchely (keep munching non stop!)

According to the lady from the farm, these caterpillars were around 6 days old...it will take another 5 days to transform into pupae (chrysalis) and need another week to turn to butterfly.

Will capture and document the process everyday...hopefully we can eye-withness the whole process!!!

C's new song this week...On book 2 of John Thomson. C love this song very much esp the part on crossing her left hand over to the right! Not too bad but there are still room of improvement :)

C was invited to join in the outdoor play with Lehan & Raynon on 17.08.08. It was an enjoyable day for C. L & R brough along their hamster and C love it sooo much. Aunty Peggy offered to give the babies to C but tooo bad..the daddy has rejected.

Found c weeping on e bed this morning...

M: What happen C?
C: I have 2 bad dreams (still sobbing)
M: can you share with me ur dreams?
C: First I dreamt that all the Horoscopes stars signs flew out from your curtain and put me into a cage...than later I dreamt that my comfy blankie flew away from me, i felt very cold and i turned into ice.
M: dont worry C, this is jus a dream..lets go brush and wash away the bad dreams
C: ok mommy...I must go tell daddy abt my bad dreams

haha than this little missy went to wake the daddy up and tell him her bad dreams...i thk she must be eating too full before she went to bed last night!

Yesterday bought C for eye review @ NUH. Thanks goodness that her right eye astig has reduced to 100 and according to the doc...she dun actually has to depend on the glasses anymore but doc warned that C is still on the high side of getting lazy eyes as her left is more powerful than the right...so she advised us to ler C cont w e glasses till 8 years old. Well, this consider a great news for us :)

C was so happy that she dun ve to go for the eye drop test. Yesterday morning, she still telling me she was very worried that the eye drop test will affect her photo taking session (the eye drop test will caused her blurness for at least 10-12 hrs). Hooray for Cerilynn..Yeah : >

Today C woke up very early (i thk around 6+) ...wash up..pack her bag...change to her red & white attire and lastly..she woke me up this morning!!! How i wish she can do this everyday. She is very excited for today party...she keep telling us...they are going to eat Nasi Lemak with their bare hand (hmmm..i tot this is the norm for the passed few yrs in sch?). Anyway..due to daddy is working on National Day...so we can only watch the NDP at home. I wish that we can watch the parade in the stadium...will try harder for the NDP ticket next yr.

Yes, my baby can baked and it was proofen on 03 Aug 08. C attended the "Make it creamier (butter cupcakes)" class @ Bakerzin with her good friends Jarrel & Crystal. Thou we have baked alot of times at home but the mommy never ever let her used the electric mixer all by herself. In the class, the kids are advised to DIY all by themselves except going near to the over! I thk is a great experience for the kids.

As it was a fun experience, we are going for another class on 31 Aug 08, Everyone's Fav. (Choc Chip Cookies) from 4:00pm to 5:30pm. Interested party, you can still register @ here.
